CVE-2025-27429 is a critical code injection vulnerability in SAP S/4HANA affecting Private Cloud and on-premise deployments. The flaw exists in a function module exposed through RFC and allows an authenticated attacker with user-level privileges to inject arbitrary ABAP code into the SAP environment. The vulnerable processing path fails to enforce essential authorization checks, enabling attacker-supplied input to be executed as ABAP code. Because the issue effectively creates a backdoor-like execution path inside the application layer, successful exploitation can lead to complete compromise of the affected SAP system.
