CVE-2025-30398 is a critical information disclosure vulnerability in Nuance PowerScribe 360, and reporting also indicates impact to PowerScribe One. The flaw is caused by missing authorization checks in the application, allowing requests to reach functionality that should be restricted to authorized users. Available reporting indicates the issue is exposed over the network and can be triggered through an API endpoint, enabling an unauthenticated remote attacker to access sensitive user information. Some reporting further indicates the attacker may also be able to modify sensitive user data once the vulnerable functionality is reached.
