CVE-2025-30398 is a critical information disclosure vulnerability in Nuance PowerScribe 360, and reporting also indicates impact to PowerScribe One. The flaw is caused by missing authorization checks in the application, allowing requests to reach functionality that should be restricted to authorized users.
