CVE-2025-37914 is a memory-corruption vulnerability in the Linux kernel Enhanced Transmission Selection (ETS) traffic-control queuing discipline. A NetEm child queuing discipline can reenter the ETS parent enqueue callback. In the affected path, ETS may insert the same class into its active list more than once because it checks queue length but does not verify that the class is already active. Duplicate list insertion corrupts kernel list state. The upstream fix adds an active-class check before insertion.
