CVE-2025-38568 is a stack out-of-bounds write in Linux kernel mqprio traffic-control entry parsing. Validation of the TCA_MQPRIO_TC_ENTRY_INDEX netlink attribute accepted values through TC_QOPT_MAX_QUEUE (16), although the destination stack array contains 16 entries and is valid only for indices 0 through 15. Supplying index 16 produces a 4-byte write beyond the array boundary. The correction restricts the accepted maximum to TC_QOPT_MAX_QUEUE - 1.
