CVE-2025-4611 is a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Slim SEO – Fast & Automated WordPress SEO Plugin for WordPress. The issue affects all versions up to and including 4.5.3 and is caused by insufficient input sanitization and output escaping of user-supplied attributes in the plugin's slim_seo_breadcrumbs shortcode. An authenticated attacker with contributor-level privileges or higher can inject arbitrary JavaScript or other web script payloads into pages containing the crafted shortcode content. The payload is then stored and executed in victims' browsers when they access the affected page.
