CVE-2025-5086 is a critical deserialization of untrusted data vulnerability in Dassault Systèmes DELMIA Apriso affecting Release 2020 through Release 2025, including versions up to 2020 SP4, 2021 SP3, 2022 SP3, 2023 SP3, 2024 SP1, and 2025 SP1. The issue is associated with an exposed WCF service endpoint in DELMIA Apriso FlexNet that uses NetDataContractSerializer to process attacker-controlled serialized input. Reported analysis indicates the vulnerable service exposes an Invoke operation and is reachable without authentication because the relevant binding is configured with no transport or message security. Unsafe type-aware deserialization of untrusted SOAP data can be abused to instantiate attacker-chosen types and trigger code execution on the server. The vulnerability is remotely exploitable and requires no prior authentication or user interaction.
