CVE-2025-53143 is a type confusion vulnerability in Windows Message Queuing. The flaw is described as access of a resource using an incompatible type and is reachable over the network by an authorized attacker. Available technical context indicates this issue belongs to a broader class of Windows RPC server vulnerabilities caused by insufficient constraints in IDL context-handle definitions and missing object-type validation in RPC interface handlers. In this pattern, a context handle or resource reference associated with one logical object type can be accepted by code that expects a different type, causing the server to operate on an incompatible object. Crash evidence places execution in the Message Queuing component during an RPC call path, consistent with unsafe use of an incorrectly typed object inside transaction-processing logic.
