CVE-2025-55147 is a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in the web-based administrative interfaces of Ivanti Connect Secure before 22.7R2.9 or 22.8R2, Ivanti Policy Secure before 22.7R1.6, Ivanti ZTA Gateway before 2.8R2.3-723, and Ivanti Neurons for Secure Access before 22.8R1.4. The flaw is caused by insufficient anti-CSRF protections on sensitive administrative actions, including inadequate validation of request origin and the absence or improper enforcement of anti-CSRF tokens. A remote unauthenticated attacker can induce an authenticated user, typically an administrator, to submit forged requests through a browser session that automatically includes valid authentication material. As a result, sensitive actions are executed with the victim user’s privileges.
