CVE-2025-59975 is an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability in the HTTP daemon (httpd) of Juniper Networks Junos Space. An unauthenticated remote attacker can repeatedly flood the Junos Space management API or otherwise send large volumes of inbound HTTP connection requests to the exposed management interface. Under sustained request flooding, the system consumes available resources, specifically exhausting file handles/file descriptors allocated for inbound connections. Once file descriptors are exhausted, the platform can no longer accept new management connections. This blocks access to both the WebUI and SSH management interfaces, resulting in a management-plane denial of service. The issue affects all Junos Space versions before 22.2R1 Patch V3 and versions from 23.1 before 23.1R1 Patch V3.
