CVE-2025-61757 is a missing-authentication vulnerability in the REST WebServices component of Oracle Identity Manager in Oracle Fusion Middleware. It affects supported versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.1.0. Authentication filtering improperly exempts requests identified as service-description resources; a request-path parsing condition can be abused to reach otherwise protected REST API operations without authentication. An exposed Groovy script-validation endpoint compiles supplied Groovy code, and Groovy AST annotation behavior can execute attacker-controlled code during compilation, producing pre-authentication remote code execution.
