CVE-2025-62844 is a weak authentication and authentication bypass vulnerability affecting QNAP QHora-322 routers in QuRouter 2.6.x. The flaw exists in the login.newAuthMiddleware.Authenticator endpoint due to improper handling of the qurouter_token parameter, which can allow authentication using an arbitrary QCloud account. As a result, a remote attacker on the local network can bypass normal authentication controls and access protected information without prior authentication. The issue was publicly disclosed in connection with Pwn2Own Ireland 2025 and assigned ZDI-26-239.
