CVE-2025-66675 is a denial-of-service vulnerability in Apache Struts caused by incomplete cleanup of temporary files created during multipart request processing. When the framework handles multipart/form-data requests, leaked temporary files can accumulate on disk instead of being properly removed. Repeated requests can therefore consume available storage and trigger disk exhaustion. The issue affects Apache Struts versions 2.0.0 through 6.7.4 and 7.0.0 through 7.0.3. The vulnerability is associated with multipart handling in the framework rather than a specific application feature implementation, creating an availability risk for deployments that process or expose multipart request handling.
