The flaw exists in the HTTP POST Request Handler for the /boafrm/formIpQoS endpoint, where improper handling of the 'mac' argument allows an attacker to trigger a buffer overflow, leading to memory corruption. The vulnerability can be exploited remotely by sending crafted HTTP POST requests, and a public exploit is available.
