CVE-2025-8875 is an insecure deserialization vulnerability in N-able N-central affecting versions prior to 2025.3.1. The flaw arises from deserialization of untrusted data and can be exploited by an authenticated attacker to achieve code execution on the N-central server. In practice, the issue exposes the management platform itself to attacker-controlled object data processing, creating a path from valid access to arbitrary execution within the server context. The vulnerability has been reported as actively exploited in the wild, particularly against on-premises deployments.
