CVE-2026-0611 is an unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability affecting Spacelabs Healthcare Sentinel versions 10.5.x and higher and 11.x.x before 11.6.0. The issue is caused by a deprecated .NET Remoting HTTP channel exposed on port 8989. When that remoting service is made network-accessible, an attacker can supply valid .NET URI endpoints to invoke functionality that permits arbitrary file read and write operations. This can be leveraged to write an ASPX webshell into the IIS wwwroot directory, which then enables unauthenticated remote code execution on the affected host.
