CVE-2026-13132 is a high-severity out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the GeoVision GeoWebPlayer add-on, also referred to as Web Plugin or WS Player, used with GeoVision products such as GV-VMS and GV-Cloud. GeoWebPlayer exposes a local WebSocket server to extend the functionality of GeoVision web interfaces. The flaw affects command handling in that WebSocket server, specifically the setStream command, where an index parameter is used to access internal arrays and related structures without proper bounds validation. Because the supplied index is not adequately checked for a valid range before being used in array access and related operations, an attacker can trigger out-of-bounds memory access. The issue is classified as an out-of-bounds read and may also lead to broader memory corruption conditions depending on surrounding implementation behavior.
