CVE-2026-14175 is an unrestricted file upload vulnerability in Bilin Software and Informatics Consultancy Inc. HUMANIST Digital Human Resources affecting versions 26.0 before 26.1. The application improperly permits upload of files with dangerous types, enabling an unauthenticated remote attacker to place server-executable content on the web server. The stated exploitation outcome is upload of a web shell, indicating insufficient validation or enforcement of allowed file types during upload handling. Successful exploitation can result in execution of attacker-supplied code through the uploaded server-side payload.
