CVE-2026-14677 is an integer-wraparound vulnerability in 32-bit PostgreSQL builds with the PL/Tcl (pltcl) or PL/Perl (plperl) procedural-language components. An attacker able to create an affected function can submit a crafted function body that causes an allocation size calculation to wrap, resulting in an undersized allocation followed by an out-of-bounds write. Affected versions are PostgreSQL releases before 18.6, 17.11, 16.15, 15.19, and 14.24.
