The flaw affects the Analytics Dashboards feature and is caused by improper neutralization of user-controlled values rendered in table cell content by an analytics dashboard component. Affected versions are all releases from 18.2 before 19.0.6, 19.1 before 19.1.4, and 19.2 before 19.2.2. Under certain conditions, crafted content can be rendered in a victim’s browser in a way that enables script execution in the context of the GitLab web application.
