The flaw is described as an out-of-bounds read and write affecting Chrome versions prior to 150.0.7871.128. A remote attacker can trigger the vulnerability by causing the target to load a crafted HTML page, leading to memory access outside intended bounds during V8 processing. Successful exploitation allows arbitrary code execution within the browser’s sandboxed renderer context.
