Affected versions include all releases from 9.0 before 18.9.7, 18.10 before 18.10.6, and 18.11 before 18.11.3. The vulnerable request-handling logic can be abused remotely by an unauthenticated attacker to trigger excessive resource consumption, resulting in service degradation or outage.
