CVE-2026-16610 is a remote code execution vulnerability in the Admin and Site Enhancements (ASE) Pro plugin for WordPress affecting all versions up to and including 8.9.0. The flaw is rooted in the plugin's frontend save workflow and the recursive_html function. The save handler relies on a nonce that is exposed to unauthenticated visitors and does not enforce authentication. CAPTCHA validation can be bypassed by omitting an attacker-controlled key. In addition, repeater row keys supplied through cfgroup[input] are stored without sanitization or identifier validation and are later concatenated into an eval() call inside recursive_html. This unsafe evaluation of attacker-controlled input enables unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code on the server when the vulnerable form functionality is exposed.
