CVE-2026-16812 is a critical unauthenticated OS command injection vulnerability affecting Arista VeloCloud Orchestrator (VCO) On-Prem. The flaw exposes privileged internal functionality that was intended only for internal use and not for remote access. Available reporting indicates that attacker-controlled input can be passed into an operating system command through the VCO web interface, enabling remote command execution on the orchestrator host. The issue affects on-premises VCO release trains 5.2.x before 5.2.3.14, 6.1.x before 6.1.3.4, 6.4.x before 6.4.2.4, and 7.0.x before 7.0.0.1. Hosted and Dedicated VCO offerings were patched separately before public disclosure. The vulnerability is known to be actively exploited.
