Under certain conditions, the agent processes configuration originating from a user-controlled source, allowing an authenticated user with the Developer role to cause arbitrary command execution in a CI context. It affects GitLab EE versions from 18.9 before 19.1.7, from 19.2 before 19.2.5, and from 19.3 before 19.3.1.
