CVE-2026-18432 is a critical privilege-escalation vulnerability in the Frontend Admin by DynamiApps plugin for WordPress affecting all versions up to and including 3.29.9. The flaw is caused by improper authorization logic in ActionUser::conditions_logic(), where the current_user_can('edit_user', $user_id) capability check is only performed when $user_id passes an is_numeric() test. By supplying a crafted non-numeric user identifier through the item_id parameter to the unauthenticated frontend form change AJAX flow, an attacker can cause the authorization check to be skipped. The plugin can then generate a server-signed _acf_objects payload containing the attacker-controlled non-numeric user ID, which WordPress later coerces to integer 1, enabling modification of the default administrator account. This can be used to change the administrator account password or email address and thereby obtain administrative control of the site.
