CVE-2026-19348 is a remote command injection vulnerability affecting Shenzhen Aitemi M300 Wi-Fi Repeater version r0-ea7890a. The flaw is reported in the device's handling of input passed to the sprintf function within the web management functionality associated with the MAC filter configuration endpoint. Insufficient neutralization of attacker-controlled input in the enable, name, or mac parameters allows crafted data to be incorporated into an operating system command context, resulting in command injection. The issue is reachable remotely over the network and does not require prior authentication according to the reported attack characteristics.
