CVE-2026-19516 is a server-side request forgery vulnerability in mcp-grafana. A caller-controlled X-Grafana-URL request header determines the destination of outbound requests made by the service, while the grafana_api_request tool also allows the caller to select the HTTP method, request path, and body. Because the implementation does not restrict outbound requests to the configured Grafana instance, an attacker can cause the service to send arbitrary requests to unintended destinations, including internal network hosts, loopback interfaces, and link-local services such as cloud metadata endpoints, and return the responses to the caller. A prior fix for CVE-2026-15583 stopped the configured Grafana service-account token from being forwarded to unintended destinations, but did not address the underlying destination validation issue.
