CVE-2026-20175 is an input validation vulnerability in Cisco Finesse. The flaw is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in HTTP requests sent to an affected device. An unauthenticated remote attacker who knows the address of the target Cisco Finesse instance can craft a link that causes arbitrary files from remote locations to be loaded into an active user session when a user clicks it. This can result in browser-based attacks, including execution of attacker-controlled script in the context of the affected interface, and may expose sensitive information available through that session or device interface.
