CVE-2026-20193 is an improper authorization vulnerability in the RADIUS Policy API endpoints of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). The flaw is caused by incorrect role-based access control enforcement on affected API endpoints, allowing an authenticated remote user with read-only Administrator privileges to bypass restrictions imposed by the web-based management interface and directly invoke the vulnerable endpoint. Successful exploitation exposes sensitive RADIUS Policy details that should not be accessible to that role.
