CVE-2026-20195 is an information disclosure vulnerability in an identity management API endpoint of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). The issue is caused by observable differences in error messages returned by the affected endpoint when it processes crafted requests. By sending a series of requests and analyzing the differentiated responses, an unauthenticated remote attacker can determine whether specific usernames are valid on the target system. The vulnerability enables account enumeration rather than direct code execution or authentication bypass.
