CVE-2026-20316 is a use of hard-coded credentials vulnerability in the web interface of Cisco Secure Firewall Management Center (FMC) Software. A built-in low-privileged account is provisioned with static credentials, allowing an unauthenticated remote party to authenticate to an affected FMC instance and access data available to that account. Cisco rated the issue High despite its CVSS v3.1 score of 5.3 because the obtained access can be chained with other FMC vulnerabilities for privilege escalation. The vulnerability has been actively exploited.
