WeKnora, an LLM-powered framework for document understanding and semantic retrieval, contains a command injection vulnerability prior to version 0.2.5 in its MCP STDIO service handling. Authenticated users can supply attacker-controlled values in stdio_config.command and stdio_config.args for an MCP service configured with transport_type=stdio, and then trigger execution through the /api/v1/mcp-services/{id}/test endpoint. The server uses these injected values to launch subprocesses, resulting in server-side command execution due to insufficient validation and sanitization of command and argument input.
