CVE-2026-23596 is an improper access control vulnerability in the management API of HPE Aruba Networking Private 5G Core. In affected versions, an unauthenticated remote attacker can invoke functionality that triggers service restarts without authorization. The issue affects Private 5G Core versions 1.24.3.0 through 1.24.3.3. Successful exploitation causes forced restart of services exposed through the management plane, resulting in disruption of normal platform operation and a denial-of-service condition that degrades system availability.
