CVE-2026-23689 is an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability in SAP Supply Chain Management. An authenticated attacker with regular user privileges and network access can repeatedly invoke a remote-enabled function module while supplying an excessively large loop-control parameter. This causes prolonged loop execution and excessive consumption of system resources, which can degrade performance and ultimately make the affected service unavailable. The issue is a denial-of-service condition affecting availability; the available information indicates no direct impact on confidentiality or integrity.
