CVE-2026-25289 is a critical stack-based buffer overflow in Qualcomm WLAN firmware. The flaw is caused by memory corruption during processing of Device Capability Extended attributes in certain Neighbor Awareness Networking (NAN) Service Discovery frames when invalid length values are supplied. Improper handling of attacker-controlled attribute length data can corrupt stack memory during frame parsing, creating a condition consistent with a stack-based buffer overflow. The issue affects a broad set of Qualcomm wireless platforms and chipsets across Snapdragon, FastConnect, QCA, QCN, WCN, IPQ, Networking Pro, and related product families.
