The localhost-only DataServiceSingleton .NET Remoting endpoint accepts BinaryFormatter deserialization through BinaryServerFormatterSinkProvider with TypeFilterLevel configured as Full. This unsafe configuration permits a local low-privileged user to submit a crafted BinaryFormatter object graph and trigger arbitrary code execution in the context of the privileged BarTender service.
