CVE-2026-26035 is an improper authentication vulnerability in Fortinet FortiWeb affecting versions 8.0.0 through 8.0.2, 7.6.0 through 7.6.6, 7.4.0 through 7.4.11, 7.2.0 through 7.2.12, and 7.0.0 through 7.0.12. The flaw affects FortiWeb deployments that use remote administrator authentication via RADIUS under specific non-default settings, specifically when the wildcard administrator matching option is enabled. Under those conditions, a remote unauthenticated attacker can authenticate to the FortiWeb GUI or CLI using an arbitrarily chosen username and password, resulting in authentication bypass of the administrative interface.
