CVE-2026-27136 is a cross-site scripting vulnerability in golang.org/x/net/html. The HTML parser improperly handles multiple duplicate attributes, causing certain malicious inputs to be parsed into an unexpected HTML tree. Applications that parse attacker-controlled HTML, sanitize the parsed result, and subsequently serialize it with Render can therefore produce active markup that bypasses the intended sanitization controls.
