CVE-2026-27305 is an unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability in Adobe ColdFusion. Affected versions include ColdFusion 2025 Update 6 and earlier and ColdFusion 2023 Update 18 and earlier. The flaw results from improper limitation of pathname resolution to an intended restricted directory, allowing crafted path input to escape the expected access scope and reach files elsewhere on the underlying file system. Successful exploitation allows arbitrary file system read with high confidentiality impact, including access to sensitive files and directories readable by the ColdFusion process. Exploitation is remote, requires no privileges, and does not require user interaction.
