CVE-2026-30618 is an unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability in xszyou Fay 4.3.1, also referred to as the Fay Digital Human Framework. The flaw resides in MCP STDIO server management and command execution handling exposed through the MCP management interface. An attacker who can reach this interface can configure an MCP STDIO server using attacker-controlled command values and parameters. Because these values are executed by the application without sufficient restriction or sanitization, arbitrary operating system commands can be launched on the underlying host. Successful exploitation results in command execution in the security context of the Fay service.
