CVE-2026-33136 is a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in WeGIA, a web manager for charitable institutions. The issue affects WeGIA 3.6.6 and earlier and is present in /html/memorando/listar_memorandos_ativos.php, specifically the listar_memorandos_ativos.php endpoint. The vulnerable logic processes dynamic success messages from query-string parameters and checks whether $_GET['msg'] equals 'success'. When that condition is true, the application directly concatenates and reflects the user-controlled $_GET['sccd'] value into an HTML alert <div> without output encoding or sanitization. This allows an attacker to inject arbitrary JavaScript or HTML into the response rendered in a victim's browser.
