CVE-2026-34260 is a critical SQL injection vulnerability in SAP S/4HANA, specifically the SAP Enterprise Search for ABAP component. The flaw arises because user-controlled input is directly concatenated into SQL statements and sent to the backend database without proper validation, sanitization, escaping, or parameterization. An authenticated attacker with low privileges can exploit the issue over the network by supplying crafted input through Enterprise Search functionality, causing the application to execute attacker-influenced SQL queries in the context of the application's database connection. Successful exploitation can expose sensitive database contents and may also trigger application crashes. Reported affected SAP BASIS versions include 751, 752, 753, 754, 755, 756, 757, 758, and 816.
