CVE-2026-34330 is a local elevation-of-privilege vulnerability in the Windows Win32K GRFX component within the Win32k graphics subsystem. The flaw is described as an integer overflow or wraparound that can result in an undersized memory allocation and subsequent memory corruption, including a use-after-free condition. By manipulating the affected code path and associated heap state, an authenticated local attacker with low privileges may be able to corrupt kernel memory or redirect execution in kernel context, ultimately obtaining SYSTEM privileges. The issue affects a broad range of supported Windows client and server releases and was addressed by Microsoft in the May 2026 security updates.
