CVE-2026-44250 is an uncontrolled resource-consumption vulnerability in Netty's netty-codec-redis module. RedisArrayAggregator processes crafted RESP payloads containing deeply nested array headers without adequately bounding nesting-related state allocation. Processing such input causes allocation of excessive aggregate-state objects and collections, exhausting JVM memory and potentially raising an OutOfMemoryError. The issue affects netty-codec-redis versions before 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final.
