The issue is an incomplete fix for CVE-2025-48913, leaving an additional code path through which code execution remains possible when JMS configuration is influenced by untrusted users. The flaw affects the Apache CXF JMS transport module and arises from unsafe handling of untrusted JMS configuration data, allowing attacker-controlled configuration to reach execution-capable logic through an alternate path not covered by the earlier fix.
