CVE-2026-44758 is a code injection vulnerability in SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII), including XMII versions 15.4 and 15.5. The flaw arises because certain affected functionality processes specially crafted input without sufficient validation. An authenticated attacker with high privileges can exploit this weakness to cause the application to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system in the security context available to the affected SAP MII application or service. The vulnerability has a CVSS v3.1 vector of AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H, indicating network-reachable exploitation with no user interaction once the attacker has the required privileges.
