CVE-2026-54066 is a path traversal vulnerability in SiYuan prior to version 3.7.0. The issue affects the /assets/*path route in publish mode and stems from an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-41894: while the earlier patch sanitized the /export/ route, the same root cause remained reachable through the assets handler. By supplying double-URL-encoded directory traversal sequences, an unauthenticated remote attacker can bypass path sanitization and cause the application to resolve and return arbitrary files located within WorkspaceDir. Exposed data can include configuration files, temporary SQLite databases, and application logs. Sensitive material available through these files may include the AccessAuthCode SHA256 hash, API tokens, and synchronization credentials.
