CVE-2026-59795 is a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in JetBrains TeamCity affecting versions before 2026.1.2. The flaw is reachable through the unauthenticated agent registration workflow, allowing attacker-controlled content submitted during agent registration to be stored by TeamCity and later rendered in a user’s browser. Because the issue is stored rather than purely reflected, exploitation does not require the attacker to directly interact with the victim at the time of payload delivery; instead, the malicious content persists in the application until viewed in the TeamCity interface. The vulnerability is classified as CWE-79.
