CVE-2026-61435 is an authentication bypass vulnerability in PraisonAI before version 4.6.78 affecting the Call API agent invocation logic in src/praisonai/praisonai/api/agent_invoke.py. The flaw is exposed when the application is configured with PRAISONAI_CALL_AUTH=disabled. In that mode, a safeguard is intended to limit unauthenticated access to localhost-only use, but the implementation derives the host value from request.url.hostname, which is influenced by the client-controlled HTTP Host header. Because this trust boundary is incorrect, a remote attacker can supply a spoofed Host header indicating a localhost address and cause the application to treat the request as local. This bypass allows unauthenticated access to agent-related API functionality, including listing registered agents and invoking them remotely.
