CVE-2026-62513 is an easily exploitable vulnerability in the Internal Operations component of Oracle Process Manufacturing Regulatory Management within Oracle E-Business Suite. Supported versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 are affected. A low-privileged attacker with network access over HTTP can exploit the flaw to compromise the application. The vulnerability permits unauthorized access to critical data and may expose all data accessible through Oracle Process Manufacturing Regulatory Management. It also allows unauthorized modification of some accessible data, including update, insert, and delete operations. The vulnerability has a scope change, indicating that exploitation in the vulnerable component may significantly affect additional products beyond the original security boundary.
